  • Once you click the link, select build installer in the new window.
  • You should be prompted to install a file from ScreenConnect to allow us to connect remote to your computer.
  • After the install is finished, find the file and double click on it to run the software.


Now the technician will find a solution to your problem and then disconnect from your computer. No WaveCom tech will ask for personal information like Social Security number, bank accounts, or things like payments over the phone.
